From the time Kim and I began communicating, the interaction was excellent. I wasn't just a customer, we spoke as though we had been friends. She kept me up to date on the delivery of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. Knowing I was waiting for the vehicle to be delivered, she suggested I look at and test drive the available vehicles if the same model even though the trim package was not the same. This was to "get a feel for what was coming". Kim gave her all throughout our interaction. She thinks of everything even the question you didn't know you had. I would strongly recommend Nick Nicholas Ford. More
