I choose to drive 100 miles round trip in order for my vehicle to be serviced by this dealer. Their scheduling and estimate time of repair have always been right on the button. Refusal to honor sales contract The dealer refuses to provide the 15,000 service for my car, which is covered under the "ToyotaCare No Cost Maintenance Plan" provided for every new c The dealer refuses to provide the 15,000 service for my car, which is covered under the "ToyotaCare No Cost Maintenance Plan" provided for every new car that they sell. The plan states: " ToyotaCare delivers on the following Maintenance Guide services, when required, at no cost for 2 years or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first." They then list that care: "Engine Oil &Filter Change, Multi-Point Inspections, Rotate Tires, Inspect &Adjust Fluid Levels" The anniversary of my purchase is Sept 1, 2020. I made an appointment for 15,000 miles service for August 28, which includes all of the above. Ms. Kim Harrington cancelled that appointment, just as she has cancelled the last two appointments that I made. This would be my fourth and final service on this car under the ToyotaCare plan, and they are denying me what was promised in the sales contract. I also implicate Mr. Elliot, the sales manager, because when I purchased this car I expressed my concerns about past difficulties with this service department, and he stated "If you have any problems with the service department, you can contact me." I did so over a month ago, and he did not respond. This is a breach of contract and is outright immoral. The service department manager is complicate in WRT's poor treatment of this customer, but they do not list her on this page. Nor do they list Mr. Elliot. More
