After a not so great experience at another Toyota dealer closer to us, we drove 1.25 hours to WRT. So worth the trip. This is not an easy time for car dealers OR buyers. We got to WRT, Darrin had the company Rav Hybrid out for me to look at. He went over everything about this car knowing we had never had a hybrid before and knowing my previous experience elsewhere. I told him what we were looking for, they had one coming in around October. Put our name on it and each week, Darrin updated me on the status. We were surprised when we got a call saying it would be here much sooner than expected! Best experience buying a car. Not pushy, straight up, honest and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Would I buy from Darrin again? You bet I would! Thank you for making this a great experience More
