Best jeep salesman I just stopped into look at a jeep and ran into my favorite new salesperson Ken Gray. However my experience with Ken will always be a memorable because he was true to his words in getting me into my car that I thought I would not be able to get. With lots of encouragement he even helped me find car insurance the same day. I will always remember this experience and cherish his courageous acts. More

Family of Angels Sent from Heaven I would give them an "infinity of excellence" rating if they offered the choice above just 5 star meaning "excellent". We have not only bought new Jeeps here, but have them all serviced here and when accidents have occurred like the time my jeep was mangled due to hitting a deer - they took great care of me from beginning to end. Their body shop rebuilt my jeep as though she were brand new, matching her color from 2012 (that had been discontinued) to the tee!. She came out looking like a brand new car off the lot. I would like to mention the entire staff, but a few recent names I will highlight today are: Service Men David Zarzyoki, Andrew McCafferty, Shann Thomas, Big Bosses' Mom, another gentlemen, Kenny, receptionists' Doreen & Alyssa. As you read this review, Big Boss of David Dodge Chrysler Jeep, please go to your very own service computer to the "Burtch, Steven and Kathryn File to also recognize each and every employee who has ever helped us with service there over the many years we've been there. David Dodge Chrysler Jeep has treated us like "royalty" like "family". Never once has there been a rude, employee over the many long years we've dealt with them. They provide service with a smile, even to the nasty customers, (I've taken note), they are most pleasant, efficient, their estimate of timing for the work to be done has always been on time. If it hasn't, the odd time it is due to unforeseen extra problems that they see once they begin their work and they will always notify you of any change in estimate or timing before the go ahead and continue the work. A Great Experience I entered the dealership and was greeted by Kim Sereikis who then introduced me to Steve Gray. Steve went above and beyond in making sure my first experience with the David Dodge team went as smoothly as possible. All team members I had contact with that day were courteous and helpful. I started my quest for a Grand Cherokee several weeks prior with inquiries back and forth with Kim, she certainly "steered" me in the right direction. I ended up purchasing a 2012 GC Overland Summit, I have taken ownership for about a week now and am very pleased. From my first internet interaction to my leaving with the keys....Great Job Team. Look forward to future business. More

David Dodge is AWESOME!!!!! I have leased 2 cars from David Dodge and both times, they exceeded my expectations. Not only was I very happy with my car, Frank Smith, Kenny Infa I have leased 2 cars from David Dodge and both times, they exceeded my expectations. Not only was I very happy with my car, Frank Smith, Kenny Infante and Bryan Bell were very professional and wanted their customer to be happy. I really have to say, "Before you go to other dealers, go to David Dodge first! You will not have to go to another dealer". I have spoke to other customers and they are also very pleased. From the minute I stepped in the door I knew that I wasn't leaving the dealership without a car. I felt instantly "at home" here. From Joe greeting my husband and I at the door, to getting us set up wasn't leaving the dealership without a car. I felt instantly "at home" here. From Joe greeting my husband and I at the door, to getting us set up with Bob to find the 4x4 we wanted at a price we could afford and to Bill to finish all that paperwork I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It started off with an email to Kim Sereikis who got us in touch with the right people in a polite, professional and quick manner. If the sales department is any indication I am going to enjoy meeting the service deparment for my oil changes and maintenance. This is my 3rd Jeep Vehicle but my first one from this dealership and so far the experience has been great and I am looking forward to many years with the vehicle and with David Dodge! More
