I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

I was served by Jimmy and Kim. They both went above and beyond in helping us with the whole purchase process and to made it a great buying experience. Only concern was their financ They both went above and beyond in helping us with the whole purchase process and to made it a great buying experience. Only concern was their financial manager who never mentioned us about the warranty he added into our monthly payment but next day we went to ask and he was willing to remove warranty after talking to his manager. He should not add warranty without clearly mentioning it to customer. More

Kim was very patient explaining and going over everything. She even helped us get our phones set up with the Apple CarPlay system. Jimmy was very helpful showing us cars & going on test drive. everything. She even helped us get our phones set up with the Apple CarPlay system.
