I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

Kim was absolutely wonderful during this process. It was my first time buying a car and she made it really special. I feel as though she wanted me to have the safest option and something that would fit my l my first time buying a car and she made it really special. Sales and Service were excellent. Finance Department managers were non-responsive to my email about cancelling an extended warranty. Better customer service, communication, and teamwork are needed in t managers were non-responsive to my email about cancelling an extended warranty. Great buying experience We had dealt with Ms. Carr before when buying a used CRV for my daughter, so when we were ready for a new Honda Pilot, we reached out to her again. We were able to complete the entire purchase online. We received a great price and only needed to visit the dealership to sign paperwork and pick up the vehicle. Awesome job Kim Carr ! More

Great people very helpful Spoke with Kimbery Carr via email. She was able to find us a vehicle for my daughter, and work with me to get a great deal worked up. Unfortunate I waited too late and the night before I was going to go pick it up the vehicle sold. I was unable to find the vehicle at her dealership we were looking for. But she kept in touch with a steered me into the perfect car I was able to get at another dealership. When I told her what we had found she even text me a said to go with it, it's a great deal. I didn't purchase there this time, but I know the first place I will check next time I purchase a vehicle is Lou Sobh Honda. I honestly felt like she treated me like her family. More
