We brought her to this new dealership for an oil change and a second time for a servicing issue. The Service Department was superb, being polite, friendly, kind, and non-condescending to an old lady with limited car knowledge. Thank you to Jimmy Harris for the excellent service he provided to our family. On July 19, 2019, we met with Sales Rep Kim Carr. Our intent was to trade in our Ford 2015 F-150 and Ethel to purchase a new Honda Ridgeline. Kim was extraordinarily helpful, patient, efficient, and guided us through the purchase process. Although we tend to keep our vehicles longer than the normal family, I do know that I will never purchase anything again that doesn’t have a Honda logo. From the sales to service, Honda is FAR and ABOVE other car dealerships. I always feel that Honda cares about their customers, as well as providing a quality vehicle at the same time. The sales person who I contacted through their website was very prompt in answering the questions, staff friendly and provided me all the necessary information including the pictures which was not posted on their site. I felt that based on the car pricing and its condition it would not last long. I discussed and negotiated with them for the best price and surprisingly got a better price. They agreed that they will do car service and vehicle safety inspection before handing over me the car. After few days later we went to the dealership to pick up the car and to hand over the Bank check. Everything was as it should be and the paperwork was handled promptly and quickly. When asked about the services/inspections what they did then they showed me what are all done to the vehicle. Thanks you so much to all in this entire process.I Would definitely recommend. More
