I am an Internet Sales and Leasing Consultant at Lou Sobh Honda. Prior to going into Sales, I was a Honda Product Specialist. I can effectively explain product performance and benefits, describe all optional equipment available for customer purchase, perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new/used vehicles. I am in charge of giving customers the knowledge to navigate through the technology in their car with ease. I teach customers how to: sync their phone with Bluetooth, make and receive phone calls, use all different audio sources in the car, use their navigation system, change custom settings in the vehicle, and set their seat memory positions. Aside from the technology in the vehicle and if they have any other questions about the new/pre-owned vehicle, I am prepared to answer them. I value customer satisfaction and strive to do what I can to keep our customers happy.

I had the greatest experience at Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming, GA a few weeks ago before the new year. I worked with a Sales Woman named Kim. I contacted her by phone to see if they had a gray honda acco Cumming, GA a few weeks ago before the new year. I worked with a Sales Woman named Kim. I contacted her by phone to see if they had a gray honda accord sport 2.0 in stock and fortunately they did. From the time I arrived to the time I drove off the lot I had a great experience I and will be returning and buying from them again when the time is right. Kim made the entire sales process extremely easy and we worked out a deal in no time. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and the way I was treated at Lou Sobh. I definitely recommend shopping there if you are in the market for any type of Honda. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and will make your car buying experience extremely easy and hassle free. More
