Scheduled appt for help with 2024 Tucson SEL A/C odor and phone connection issues. I thought my phone had an issue with connection and was quickly & kindly shown by Morgan in the service department it wa and phone connection issues. I thought my phone had an issue with connection and was quickly & kindly shown by Morgan in the service department it was only MY volume setting on car phone volume ( User error) :) AC needed the compartment filter changed and that has seemed to take care of the AC smell issue. Justin was my appointed service tech he was very kind , knowledgeable and helpful with the overall appointment. Loving the walk around service inspection video they email/text to show to review what was inspected ( Battery, Air filter & Cabin air filter) and what is found and suggested. Chris called me back right away when I put in a request for a certain car color and model He found one and I came in, test drove it and the next morning I asked if he could find a hybrid in that same car for a certain car color and model He found one and I came in, test drove it and the next morning I asked if he could find a hybrid in that same car and he did but I had to wait a couple of weeks til it could be delivered. It was right on schedule so I drive 1 1/2 hrs to Pensacola to test drive it. It was beautiful and drive really nice so we bought it. Thanks to Kim & Chris at ALLEN TURNER HYUNDAI. AWESOME JOB!
