I had a great experience buying my Hyundai Kona. Bob and Kim were excellent and tried to get me out so I wouldn’t be late for work. When I was almost finished I had to work with Kevin to sign the papers. He Kim were excellent and tried to get me out so I wouldn’t be late for work. When I was almost finished I had to work with Kevin to sign the papers. He assured me it wouldn’t take long. He then proceeded to talk about my excellent salesman Bob and it was like he was trying to get me to say something Bob did wrong. I went from excited to upset and stressed. Kevin didn’t have the papers printed yet and when I asked if I could finish the papers the next day he said unfortunately these things take time. I was well aware of that fact and why I was gonna wait until my off day Saturday to come back. However I was assured I would be done in plenty of time. I was not and I ended up being late for work. I was ready to cancel the deal right there, but I was stuck because they had already switched my tag. I went back the next day to bring my money down and Kevin didn’t even apologize! He was smug like he knew everything. Needless to say I worked with excellent people and I will not let one person make me upset about buying my first brand new car and third Hyundai! If you need a car ask for Bob and do not work with Kevin in the financial services!!! More

Jami Baker is the best! She patiently worked with us over a 3 day period which concluded with our purchase of a 2020 Santa Fe on August 8. We quickly discovered that the passenger seat was unacceptable over a 3 day period which concluded with our purchase of a 2020 Santa Fe on August 8. We quickly discovered that the passenger seat was unacceptable for my wife because of her severe arthritis. We returned the vehicle on Monday, August 10 and Jami worked with us on selecting a replacement vehicle which was part of the 3 day purchase Satisfaction terms of sale. Again, Jamie was very professional and actually went out of her way to help us select another vehicle. We were also very pleased with the assistance and Service provided to us by Kimberly Douglas, Charla Palmer.and Kevin Genest. Together, they made a great team! Nancy and I could not be more pleased with our experience at Allen Turner Hyundai dealership!
