We worked with two separate sales persons, and the sales manager. We were very impressed with their knowledge of the vehicles and the no pressure sale, i.e. they did not try to talk us into anything we wer manager. Business transactions and friends are not always easy. However, I decided to take a chance and allow Robin Wolff to help me find a vehicle. Being a single mom of twins, teacher on a budget, being in the m However, I decided to take a chance and allow Robin Wolff to help me find a vehicle. Being a single mom of twins, teacher on a budget, being in the middle of a pandemic, and having an urgency to purchase did not ease my buying anxiety. I knew, I had to be picky, find the right financing options, stand my ground, and most importantly find a vehicle that would suit my family's need for comfort and safety. Knowing all of this, Robin was extremely patient, even though I'm sure others may have wanted her to be more aggressive. She made me feel at ease, introduced me to the staff, (including Allen Turner himself), gave me refreshments, was up front and honest about what they could or could not do, and she allowed me to come visit her several days in a row without question or hesitation. Robin was professional, organized, thoughtful. and knowledgeable. It took a few days but we were able to find the best fit for me. She gave me the same courtesy and customer service in buying a used car that I'm sure she gives someone buying a new one. Robin did it, she made it happen. I am so thankful to have her as a friend and as my sales agent. More
