Had afternoon appointment and waited on service. They offer complimentary soft drinks and snacks while waiting but not for afternoon appointments they proceeded to remove them right after I sat down They offer complimentary soft drinks and snacks while waiting but not for afternoon appointments they proceeded to remove them right after I sat down to wait. Secondly, I had an oil change and tire rotation. Upon checking out I was told everything was good specially my tires. From moment I left one of my tires started losing pressure. After inspection it had been punctured in a location not repairable. It was too late to get back to dealerships before they closed evidently. I did speak with my service advisor and was told they couldn't have anyone stay for me . Also, nothing really was offered to me for help. It's obvious that the tire had been accidentally punctured at the dealership but of course they wouldn't admit to this. Unfortunately I had to take care of this myself and purchase a new tire right away. More
