I was impressed not only by the Recall fix, but mostly by Kimber Heath the Assistant Service Manager at Gettel Acura. She is excellent at her job AND at Customer support. She has the rare qualities of a genuine personality, kindness and support, not easy to find in today's world. When I couldn't make my Recall appointment due to illness she was able to fit me in within two weeks and was caring and helpful to me. Thank you. More

I am seriously more impressed by my service advisor, Kimberly Heath, each time I stop in for service. She and the Gettel mechanics who work on my car are absolutely the best team I have ever worked with Kimberly Heath, each time I stop in for service.
