Kimberly was great however twice I've brought my car in

Returned and it was replaced. Why mark it as good if it wasn't. After my appointment this time I asked that my tires be balanced and rotated. They were but the air in them wasn't good. 37 in 2 tires and 39 in the other two? It's not a big thing but if your striving for excellence, why not go the extra step?
