Kimber Heath is the best. . Never ever let her go. I really liked the loaner car that used to be provided if the service was going to take over 2 hours.. I have 2 Acura’s tha . Never ever let her go. I have 2 Acura’s that was purchased at Gettel complete with service packages and auto butler for each.. Not providing that service anymore I feel is detrimental to the quality of customer care provided by Gettel Acura.. I do feel that this is the only hitch in the service provided.. I, like probably other customers, had gotten used to a loaner and that service made Gettel stand out over and above other service providers.. To that I am not happy.. More
