Always great but this last time I had to return twice and now waiting for addt'l part with no ETA for same issue with sunroof. I waited about 3 1/2 hours before they finally gave me a rental car so I could g now waiting for addt'l part with no ETA for same issue with sunroof. I waited about 3 1/2 hours before they finally gave me a rental car so I could go home. Overall, I understand the struggle ... so it really doesn't change my mind about the great service I usually get. More

Great service. I’m 100% satisfied with the service center and their employees. They were not able to fix my car’s problem but it’s not their fault. Acura sold me a I’m 100% satisfied with the service center and their employees. They were not able to fix my car’s problem but it’s not their fault. Acura sold me a car with a known problem that they don’t have a fix for. Acura says they are working on developing a resolution for the problem. More
