Car was the only dealerships in the area that was not marking the 2022 Crosstrek's up. Eric was very good and kept me entertained while waiting around. I had missed an item on the paperwork and brought t marking the 2022 Crosstrek's up. Eric was very good and kept me entertained while waiting around. I had missed an item on the paperwork and brought this up with Eric that I was not overly happy about the error even though I had missed it myself when taking delivery of the new vehicle. Eric immediately went to the managers office and Kimberly came over and we talked through some concession options to right the situation. More
