Our Subaru in Subaru Battery Drain Liability Litigation. 2 dead batteries & stranded in less than 2 yrs. Not told of battery drain issues when purchased or serviced. Can't update State vehicle registration 2 dead batteries & stranded in less than 2 yrs. Not told of battery drain issues when purchased or serviced. Can't update State vehicle registration by registration deadline as sensors erased when batteries died and subject to State's $115 late registration penalty. Desperate!! Purchasing portable battery jumper so can drive. AAA limits service calls included in annual AAA membership. AAA technicians advised us of the Subaru owner litigation pending re drained batteries. We are in our 80's and desperate to have a safe, reliable vehicle which is what we intended to buy and thought that is what we purchased. Desperate! We paid cash and don't see any recourse available to us to get a safe, reliable vehicle. More

Look everybody want's the best deal, Sure me too, but needed more- i needed a salesman who really new the car i was buying ,i needed a salesman who would be REAL and not act like a salesperson. Polo delivered he is truly a 10 i never met the man in my life, i can truly say from The moment I arrived at Carr Subaru in Portland till the time i left i was treated like royalty!!!
