The dealership was honest, straightforward, low pressure and friendly. I had done my homework prior to coming into the showroom and also contacted them by email for an appointment. Once there, they offered a fair price for my trade in and quoted an attractive price for the new car without needing to go through too many painful negotiating steps. In addition, the members of the sales team worked with each other effortlessly so that when my primary salesperson was busy, others immediately stepped up to make sure I was being taken care of without any appearance of trying to squeeze themselves into the deal or steal a customer. This happened even with tests drives that took the other person away from the showroom floor for an extended period of time. I had a tow hitch added to the car so took delivery the next day and the car was ready, detailed and spotless when I came for pick up. I highly recommend this dealership and the individuals I worked with. More

After walking away from a nearby Honda dealership I went straight to Subaru. I had already test drove the Outback and the Crosstek. Kim was very friendly and professional, showing me the cars they had on straight to Subaru. I had already test drove the Outback and the Crosstek. Kim was very friendly and professional, showing me the cars they had on the lot that had the features I was l was looking for. She even pointed out some others that hadn't occurred to me. When it came time to talk about pricing she pretty much made me an offer I couldn't refuse. At no time did I feel that anything was wrong (unlike at the other dealership). Even after driving the car for over a month I am glad I bought it and from this dealership. The only downcheck was being charged to install a front plate holder when I was not supposed to be. Still waiting on the reimbursement check. Other than that, the buying process was stress-free. I would definitely recommend this dealership (and this car) to friends and family. More

Loved Kimberly and the GM. Both worked very hard to earn my business, and I left the dealership extremely happy! I will definitely come there in the future to purchase another vehicle and refer all of my fr my business, and I left the dealership extremely happy! I am a female and did not feel comfortable going into dealerships alone, but these two ladies were very honest and sweet. Thanks again! More
