The sales manager, however, was very easy to work with, understood our questions and worked very hard to secure a deal that was beneficial for both parties. The finance lady started out semi pleasant until I rejected the warranties. Then it was a light switch, she was very curt and snappy with the cashier over a tag confusion that had nothing to do with the cashier. More
