There were a couple good things but mostly offsetting. The sales lady was a bit over the top and aggressive with tasks of the sales process that we feel benefited her more than us. The sales manager, however, was very easy to work with, understood our questions and worked very hard to secure a deal that was beneficial for both parties. The finance lady started out semi pleasant until I rejected the warranties. Then it was a light switch, she was very curt and snappy with the cashier over a tag confusion that had nothing to do with the cashier. More
