I felt comfortable right away and he didn't pressure me like other dealers do. I test drove a Camry and fell in love. I purchased the car the same day. I've never looked at just one car and purchased it but the experience, customer service and price was great. I also am amazed that the sales manager came to my house to ensure my safety and follow me while I drive the car that I was using for a trade in. That is very remarkable and made me feel more at ease, being a single mother of 3 children. Secondly, he was honest with what to expect. He also advised me about the difference between the reason why he chose this particular dealership vs. other ones in Phoenix area. Simply put, honor, respect and being non judgmental and as helpful as possible. Treating individuals with mutual respect and as equals no matter how many cars you have purchased or even what type of car you were trading in (my 20 year old car) meaning society judges you; and he explained in great detail and asked questions to make the sale and deal worked, that was in a pre-approved ahead of time before I got there, and he also assisted me filling out paperwork and explained all of the numbers and what the differences meant. It was simple, easy and was business but down to earth. AWESOME! This description of my experience with this dealership was all presented and had a pleasure doing business with Kimie Stewart. Proud Camry owner I had been searching quite a while for a new vehicle and I was ready to make a deal. My husband and I stopped into this dealership and right away I kn I had been searching quite a while for a new vehicle and I was ready to make a deal. My husband and I stopped into this dealership and right away I knew I liked them because the greeter said "would you like assistance or do you want to look on your own?" So immediately I felt at ease. We got handed over to Kimie Stewart and he showed several cars and was up front about the pros and cons on each ones. He spent several hours on Saturday with us giving us numbers and our best options. Sunday morning rolled around and my husband and I were on our way back to the dealership to see kimie and sign the papers. Now I am a proud, first time owner, of a new car. More

He provided time for us to make a decision without trying to influence us one way or the other. At one point, he even said, "If you want to walk away from this, I will understand." (Our experience with car salesman in the past has not been positive and most of them give us the impression that if we don't buy right now, the awesome deal is over.) It was nice working with one person throughout the car purchase, instead of getting involved with pushy managers and contract representatives. Thank you for this great car buying experience!
