There was no pressure and it was amazing to not have to go through a sales person then to sit with the finance person. It was Mr. Stewart from beginning to end and it honestly is a completely different car buying experience. I got a great deal on a lease and they worked with me on getting a second vehicle for my family as well. I couldn't find a used car that fit my needs but even so they were thankful for giving them an opportunity on the second vehicle and appreciated my business. If you are looking for a Toyota go here hands down and ask for Kimie Stewart. More

Kimie Steward went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a lasting one. His knowledge, experience, and honesty was by far anything I have experienced at any dealertship. Kimie took the time to show me different truck models I was interested in and explained in detail all the options and features available. His detailed explanation of the contract and attention to detail in making sure all options, rebates, and discounts were included was just another testament that Kimie will go above and beyond to make the car buying experience at Avondale Toyota a pleasant experience and uphold this dealerships reputation. He is not only my salesperson, but also my finance manager. The computer screen was never out of my sight. I could see everything he was doing. Kimie explained every line on his screen. What blew me away, is how he showed me my interest rate. How it was determined and how I got it. Plus, they gave me the lowest rate, not the first offer that comes in. Amazing. Kimie himself is a great person. Very honest and easy to talk to. I will be recommending him to anyone I know for a car. I will be returning for my next purchase as well. This is the dealership that needs to be the standards for all dealerships. More

I've owned many cars and have always hated the experience of spending countless hours of going b Hands down the best car buying experience I ever had. I've owned many cars and have always hated the experience of spending countless hours of going back and forth with finance or have a shady salesmen, which totally takes the enjoyment of owning a vehicle. My sales guy; Kimi Stewert (Stew) was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable about every vehicle I looked at, he didn't try to sell me a vehicle that was out of my price range, the best part there was no 'hassle' when talking about the purchase price. He was upfront, fair and tried to give me the best deal that he could offer. When it came down to doing the paperwork, the process was painless. I didn't have to wait for the fiance department. Stew did everything right there from his desk, the whole process took about 3 hours (that's including me test driving the cars). By the time I finished the paperwork, he had my car polished and clean with a full tank of gas waiting for me. Rather than just shaking my hand and handing me the keys. He spent time helping me setup my blue tooth, walked me through the awesome features that my car had to offer (I purchased a 2015 Camry) and even made sure that I had his contact information programed in my phone just in case I had questions later on. Overall, I would highly recommend Avondale Toyota Scion and will definitely continue to go back to them with my next car purchase. As far as my sales guy, I wish there were more like him out there.
