I told them I only want to look at the vehicle I was interested in and the possible numbers, that is exactly what we did. I left the dealer with no pressure to buy. I slept on the offer for only two days before coming back and purchasing. I did not receive one phone call after my first visit which was amazing. Kimie Stewart was a real cool salesman. He made the whole car buying experience easy and very understanding. He truly worked every area to get me the most amount of car for the least amount of money. Super happy!!! More

Mr. Stewart was so helpful and was able to go over a variety of payment options until we reached the best one. Mr. Stewart knew everything and everything he said was true and final. The way car buying should be!! I was in a car accident a couple weeks ago that left my car totaled so I needed a new one and fast. I went to Carmax and looked at a Toyota Corolla 2011. It seemed way overpriced but I thought I'd check out the numbers anyways. The interest I was offered was ok, not the greatest and had to add additional warranty. I also had to put money down because it was an older car. I told them I'd be back. My brother called me as soon as I got out of there and told me to check out Avondale Toyota and look at the same car as the one in Carmax. When I got there, I was greeted by a really nice girl who brought out Kimie Stewart. He walked me around the lot and showed me the cars they had. I found a 2013 corolla with all the bells and whistles, much nicer than the other one I'd previously seen. I know nothing about financing so he walked me through everything step by step. He showed me everything that goes into buying a car. He wasn't trying to hustle me or add on things I didn't need. He even talked to my brother on the phone and walked him through the deal I was getting. My brother told me it was a way better deal than the one at Carmax. My interest rate was lower and the total price for the car was very reasonable. Kimie was so nice and patient, such a cool guy! He even bough me jimmy johns because I was so hungry from being at the other dealership in the morning. The paperwork was signed so quickly, I didn't feel cheated or screwed into an expensive car. I am so happy with my purchase! I'm definitely telling my family and friends about Avondale Toyota and telling them to go see Kimie when they want a car! This is what car buying should be like! Excellence At its Best, Fair, Kind and straight forward. Yesterday my wife and I bought a new Corolla Sport 2015. Prior to going to this dealership we went to two others first a Kia dealership where they we Yesterday my wife and I bought a new Corolla Sport 2015. Prior to going to this dealership we went to two others first a Kia dealership where they were like vultures. We sat in the car and the sales team started congregating by my driver side door waiting for me to get out (needless to say we left very quick). 2nd We went to a Nissan dealership the sales guy was nice, but we were there for 3 hours being haggled by the sales manager. We made it clear what we wanted they tried to get us to agree on a car we did not want at a price we did not want. The manager was rude when I advised I wanted to go one more place prior to purchase, very rude. Then we went to Avondale Toyota they asked what we wanted and right out the gate was taking care of, they were kind, quick did not and did not play the "games" you generally see from a dealership. they made it clear on what they could do for my trade (better then anywhere we went otherwise) they listened to my wants and needs and made it happen. After being there only an 1 1/2 hours we had signed for a new vehicle. The sales/finance manager Kimie Stewart was amazing he did not try to add a bunch of stuff in Finance he made sure I understood the contract and there were NO hidden fees like you normally see, and as they told me when I got there I did get 0% APR. I have purchased 7 cars from dealerships and this by far was the best quickest and most efficient experience I have had. They even showed me all the bells and whistles before we left (i.e. blue tooth and all the other features). I never had a car buying experience so easy straight forward and I felt good with after waking up the next day. If you want a Toyota go here, if you are looking at a Nissan/ Kia / Hyundai or even Honda (I've had 4) go here first and look at reviews in comparison with the model type you are looking at. And even more importantly go here if you want the best price with out all the haggling. Unless you like to be beat up at the dealership. Happy car hunting everyone. More

Awesome experience I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry from Kimmie Stewart on Saturday March 28th. I was so pleased with the service that I was provided by Kimmie that I hav I purchased a 2015 Toyota Camry from Kimmie Stewart on Saturday March 28th. I was so pleased with the service that I was provided by Kimmie that I have referred my mother and a few others friends that are in the market to purchase a vehicle to see him since I had such a awesome experience. I initially walked into the dealership to purchase a item from the parts department when I seen Kimmie. He came over and said hello and asked if he could assist me with anything. I told him that I no longer had a vehicle due to an accident that totaled it out. I knew Kimmie because my daughter had purchased a vehicle from him a few months back. I explained that I was in a rental which I was paying for out of my pocket due to me not having rental reimbursement at the time of the accident. I also advised Kimmie that my credit was in horrible shape and that I had recently been to several dealerships trying to purchase a vehicle only to be turned away due to my credit issues. Kimmie said if you give me 20 minutes of your time I can get you into a vehicle. I was extremely hesitant because I had been turned down so many times before but Kimmie assured me that he could help me get into a vehicle. I never thought in a million years that I would be able to purchase another vehicle after being turned down so many times let alone a brand new one. I told Kimmie that I had never driven a new vehicle off of the showroom floor and he said "well if you want me to drive it inside the showroom so that you can drive it off the showroom floor we can do that too" which I thought that was funny but he was true to his word and made it happen. Usually car salesmen/women are extremely pushy and just want to sell you any car so that they can make their quota but not Kimmie. He took his time and diligent in answering every question that I had and even advised me of some additional information that I wasn't aware of about purchasing a vehicle. Kimmie definitely went above and beyond his scope of duties and it is very much noticed and appreciated. He has once again confirmed what I already knew and that is you won't find a more kind, trustworthy and professional car salesman than Kimmie Stewart. Our entire family are now driving Toyota's thanks to Kimmie. We will definitely be repeat customers at Avondale Toyota Scion and hope Kimmie Stewart is still around to sell us our next vehicle. NOT a waste of Time My search for the perfect Toyota Tacoma has been long awaiting. Finally the finances came through and it was time to get serious about making my final My search for the perfect Toyota Tacoma has been long awaiting. Finally the finances came through and it was time to get serious about making my final purchase. I found "the one" on Avondale's web site and got right on the phone to ensure the Tacoma of my dreams was still available. I live in N.Phoenix so I didn't want to waste my time driving out there if it wasn't. Fortunate to me Kimie answered the phone and immediately looked the truck up and to my glee announced that "yes we still have it". Whoop! I was stoked, however, disappointed that there weren't any pictures (except stock) available. So, right away Kimie says he'll take some pics and text me back. In the mean time, I realize the truck is not 4WD. I call him back quickly to try to catch him before he takes the pics and break the news, "never mind, sorry about the trouble, but I have to have a 4x4." While we were talking I saw another one just like my dream that INCLUDED 4WD. Kimie looked and looked for it to find it looked like someone was already possibly working a deal on it. Kimie agrees to check on it and call me back. A few minutes later I get a picture text of it. I say, " it looks great, but I don't want to drive all the way out there and be disappointed. If it is being worked." The next text I get is a picture of the keys with a caption " I've got the keys, it's all yours. Come and get it!" The rest is history.......it was the best vehicle buying experience I've ever had! Kimie is the man! The atmosphere at Avondale is unlike any dealership ever experienced. Thank you, Kimie for the awesome experience! It most definitely was NOT a waste of time! More

Kimmie Stewart Was Awesome! For three weeks my wife and I looked at several cars and car dealers from one end of the Phoenix valley to the other to find the right fit for my daug For three weeks my wife and I looked at several cars and car dealers from one end of the Phoenix valley to the other to find the right fit for my daughter to purchase her first car. After being told over and over that we would have to co-sign for my daughter because of her age (though she already had credit and an excellent paying job), we found a dealer who said they would finance her at 12% interest (because, as they told her, of her being a first time buyer and her credit rating) with a car that only had a four star safety rating. Not feeling right on the inside my wife left and by chance (or we believe divine leading) stopped at Avondale Toyota. There her and my daughter met Kimie Stewart who not only did an excellent and patient time detailing the features and safety of Toyota products and the Corolla, but also gave us a great explanation of how some other dealerships (especially the one my wife had just left) can take advantage of unknowing customers through their financing programs. Then after running my daughter credit showed us that her credit score was much higher and better than what we were told and showed. He then gave us the great news that my daughter's credit was strong enough for her to get financed with no co-signer and at 0% interest!! To add icing to the already fantastic cake Kimie created for us, he called us the next day to say that he found another Corolla in the exact color my daughter wanted with ALL of the features that my daughter desired, and some she (and my wife and I) didn't expect but definitely appreciate because it adds extra safety for my daughter. I truly appreciate Kimie above the bar service, education, and professionalism. He delivered to us the car of my daughter desires and also reaffirmed that there are good, honest, integral and customer driven car salespeople out there. Will definitely highly recommend Kimie and Avondale Toyota to everyone who wants a great car and an even better buying experience! More
