This dealership was clean, welcoming, and staff were all very attentive and knowledgeable. Kirk was our sales guy and he took the time to show us literally anything we wanted and the vehicle we chose, he kn very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this dealership and especially for Kirk! Will be buying from him again! More

We bought 3 new cars last year. After, purchasing my Ford Escape, the engine light came on. Apparently, there was a bulletin with some of these cars in which the coolant can leak into the engine. Andrew never bothered to mention this to us or Kirk the other salesman, who also helped us. After, my third month owning my new car, I had to get a new engine. When I spoke to Andrew he said he didn't tell us because it's a hit or miss with some Fords. Well, Andrew, it was a hit with my car. After calling him, he said he couldn't do anything. I hadn't even made my 3rd car payment. I asked to trade it in, he said he would charge me for depreciation and taxes if I brought it back. We had my new car towed to Anderson Ford in Rockford. The parts where on backorder and it took over 2 months to get my car back. I will never recommend or buy anything from Hawk Ford!! Thankfully, Devonte at Ford Corporate helped us out. I am still composing my letter to Corporate about our experience. More

This was an outstanding purchase experience! I could have never imagined it would be so seemless, i mean Kirk brought the vehicle i purchased to my work so i could test drive and that was so helpful in the b never imagined it would be so seemless, i mean Kirk brought the vehicle i purchased to my work so i could test drive and that was so helpful in the buying process since i own a repair shop and its hard to get away sometimes.
