Zack and the service team diagnosed the problem immed The moment I drove our new-to-us truck off of the Hawk Ford lot, the check engine light came on. Zack and the service team diagnosed the problem immediately, and the sales team agreed to make the repair at no additional cost to me. The truck was dropped off, repaired, and back on the road in less than 48 hours. I'm grateful to have had such a positive experience! More

An easy purchase We're really enjoying our new truck. The moment I drove off of the lot, the check engine light came on. The truck service team took it in immediately, We're really enjoying our new truck. The moment I drove off of the lot, the check engine light came on. The truck service team took it in immediately, diagnosed the problem, and worked with the sales team on a solution.
