Patience Pays Off I ordered a new F250 crew 4X4. I tried the internet approach, followed up with a phone call but thought it might be worth taking the 15 trip. It pai I ordered a new F250 crew 4X4. I tried the internet approach, followed up with a phone call but thought it might be worth taking the 15 trip. It paid off, Kirk had promised to get back to my online interest and was a little surprised that I followed up the same day with a visit to the dealer, actually a couple of hours later. 30 minutes after I walked in they had the order and my deposit check. Kirk tracked the build, provided me with the VIN# once assigned, tracked the departure and came me status updates as often as I requested. So the back end of the logistics process from Ford needs some definite attention. Truck took 12 days from being on a train in Danville to being landed at the terminal to finally arriving to the dealer. 12 of sold product sitting on a shelf. Dealer ran into a small issue with one of the mirrors but worked diligently to resolve the issue, overnight parts and deliver my truck the following day. 12 hours later. Great reaction time. The post sales effort was very polished and proficient. Kirk entertained my family while I finished the documents and went over all the new features and operations of the truck. Set up my phone and of course had it detailed and full of fuel. Great job, I appreciate the attention to detail. Truck as expected, all the features, bar none on the build sheet were included, If I have one complaint it's the white wall letters on the Lariat sports package, I would have deleted or turned them in. lg More

Excellent Service Had a little xxxx up with my new truck but Kirk Brown came in on his day off to help rectify the problem and Gus Babalis compensated me for my loss.
