I came into Honda World experiencing issues with my Apple Carplay. Usually I'm fairly competent with technology but this time I was stumped. Upon arrival I was put in contact with Kirk. Kirk was very welcoming upon meeting and his congenial personality put my worries to ease. I really thought it was going to be a whole process but as quickly as I arrived I found myself leaving. But this time I was leaving with the ability to listen to my favorite music. Kirk walked me through my issue with careful explanation but not in a way that made me feel lesser. My experience with Kirk was a game changer and while I hope to not have anymore issues I can rest easy knowing that if a problem arises I can, without hesitation, feel confident that Kirk and Honda World will be there to lend a hand. And boy was she right, I absolutely love my new Beautiful Blue CRV. Thank you Lollie. After my purchase was completed I got the opportunity to work with Kirk on getting all my technical stuff set up. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He got my smart phone paired up and set all my favorite radio stations. He set up all my preferences as far as my doors, my locks etc etc Thank you Kirk. My whole experience was great. It was perfect and the price didn't change. i have a lot of trust in him. Kirk Foster prepped the car for delivery and gave me an over view of the ins and outs. His understanding of the machine is amazing! Ii found his suggestions for settings dead on. He set the defaults of ever system and button inside to my specs. A pleasant experience We had a very pleasant experience shopping at Honda World. We were looking for a small SUV to replace our 22 year old Camry. We found a 2019 Subaru for a very reasonable price after a very patient tour of the lot in 90 degree heat complete with masks by Joe Dean. We requested Lollie Reiss as our sales person, having done business with her before. Kirk Foster was also very patient with us to show us all the bells and whistles that are available on our purchase. There were a lot of them. We also were very pleased with Ryan Carter in finance who worked with us to get the financing we were comfortable with within our budget as retired folks. We would recommend Honda World to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, be it new, or used. More
