New car purchase My wife and I went in to test drive a CRV. We first met with Robbie Hailey. He found out what vehicle we wanted,brought it to us, we test drove it. Ro My wife and I went in to test drive a CRV. We first met with Robbie Hailey. He found out what vehicle we wanted,brought it to us, we test drove it. Robbie met us at the car after the test drive. He also took us over to tour the service department and meet the service manager. That was the largest service department I had ever seen. Robbie then took us back to start the paperwork. We were then taken to Spencer Murphy who went over all the paper work and explained everything we signed. The final step was going with Kirk Foster who had the job to explain how everything worked, programmed the car how we wanted it and made sure he answered all of our questions before we left the building. The time we spent at Honda World seemed to fly by, but when we finished the paperwork was complete, the car was programmed to our needs and we were comfortable with all the bells and whistles. The dealership was so organized and efficient and all the people we dealt with made us feel so at ease. Not once did I ever feel pressured about finances or options. When my son bought a CRV in Evansville, he went in, wrote a check and he was out the door. He had to learn the operation of the features on his own. I would definitely recommend Hondaworld to everyone for their automotive needs More

Went to buy an Accord ended up buying my first SUV Richard took the time to make sure I bought the car I needed. I went prepared to buy an Accord and ended up buying a EX SUV and love it!
