My service light came on a few days ago (time for oil change) and my schedule is PACKED. I called and they were able to get me in and out with 30 minutes notice. While there, a customer service person asked to do a survey about my experience with the dealership and it was a lovely conversation. I mentioned that I was dying to look at a Crosstour but did not want to give anyone the impression that I am currently in the market for a car (I'm not). The customer service person had Kirti give me a tour of the Crosstour and he asked spent time answering all my questions, even though he knew I was not a buyer. For $60 I got an oil change, fluids top off, car wash, exceptional customer service, and all my questions answered about a future purchase I hope to make. Not a bad deal, in my opinion! :) More

Kirti is great! I knew what I wanted and Kirti didn't try to pressure me into more car than my budget. He's straight forward and honest. Marcello (Finance Director) is professional and efficient. Having dealt with extreme high pressure car sales in the past (one time I almost had to call the cops to get the keys to my trade-in back!!!!), my Germain Honda of Dublin experience was truly a pleasure.
