Kobe was a nice guy and easy to work with. Unfortunately he had to answer to a pushy manager who made the sale stressful and unpleasant. He didn't want to honor the online price of the vehicle Unfortunately he had to answer to a pushy manager who made the sale stressful and unpleasant. He kept trying to push a bottom line number without showing how he was getting to the number even though we asked repeatedly. After several times of going back and forth he finally did as we asked and we made the deal. Additionally, the finance person kept trying to push a basic $5k extended warranty. These are the very things people hate about car shopping. More
