Easy car shopping We went in just to test drive a couple of cars. We had an appointment, but the sales person was out... The one that greeted us made sure it would be OK to talk with us as to not step on any toes. He was nice, knowledgeable and patient with is and didn't try to apply any pressure at all! New vehicle I went in to have my KIA Optima serviced, while I was waiting, I reached out to my sales rep Devon Reed to discuss a possible upgrade. Once again he m I went in to have my KIA Optima serviced, while I was waiting, I reached out to my sales rep Devon Reed to discuss a possible upgrade. Once again he made it happen and I walked out with a KIA Sorento. The dealership, in general, has always been good. The service guys greet me by name when I have my routine maintenance done. Devon would always stop and say hello as I waited for the car to be done. It's great knowing they take pride in the service they provide. I actually live closer to a different KIA dealer but will make the trip to Lansing because I get the service the other dealers don't give. Thanks for going the extra mile. More
