Kody was a superb salesperson who responded clearly and helpfully to all my questions. His manner was professional in all phases of the sale while guiding me from one aspect and o who responded clearly and helpfully to all my questions. His manner was professional in all phases of the sale while guiding me from one aspect and one person to another from beginning to end. After the sale, he was immediately available and responsive to the few questions I had, and his explanations for using the complicated technologies where easy to put into practice. I liked the pride he showed in the agency which appears to be well run. I appreciated it that no "hard selling" was done; I didn't feel pushed or rushed.
