Markael, the finance manager, did a good job explaining the paperwork and making the necessary changes. We'd highly recommend Konner and our finance manager, Markael. Our only negative, was the used vehicle needed to be detailed a little more throughly. The top of the cab needed to be throughly cleaned more. There was still some uncleanness inside the cabin that could have been removed. And it would have been nice to have a full tank of gas for the drive home. More
