WORST EXPERIENCE IN OVER 25 YEARS OF BUYING CARS! I don't even know where to begin with Crown Mercedes/Eurocars, but I sure wish I had read the other negative reviews before moving forward. This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had buying a car in over 25 years of buying cars, including Porsche 911s, BMW M3s, Mercedes SUVs, etc. I could write a novel here, but in short, after having me jump through hoops because of a supposed last-minute deadline to get the sale registered for them by the end of the month, they sent me rushed and horribly disorganized paperwork (wrong dates, wrong figures, missing copies, inconsistent information, etc.) that detailed I owed them more than we agreed upon and showing the car had several hundred miles added to it and far more than were advertised. The first salesman I had didn't even respond to my calls or emails, so they had to transfer me to a second salesman, whom, based on his behavior, I think must have just started selling cars the week before. For everything I asked him, he had to go ask someone else for the answer. I literally think this may have been his first ever sale. When I asked about the after-the-fact increased price and the after-the-fact, increased mileage, they threatened that if I did not overnight them the signed paperwork and balance, the deal was off. There is so much more to this absolute debacle on the part of Crown Mercedes, but I will stop here. The bottom line is that I am not going to be bullied or manipulated, so they can keep their car and go play games with some other unsuspecting buyer. What a nightmare this was. I will be submitting reviews elsewhere, including the Better Business Bureau. More

I wasn't sure what vehicle I wanted but let me tell you he pointed me in the right direction with a new c class. The staff was so friendly and energetic. Even the older gentlemen Stephen made an effort to come over and say hello.. Talk about embracing gen y!! Bless his heart. I appreciate the concern the management staff had for me as well. Tom and John went out of their ways to make sure I had the perfect experience. This was just the beginning.... Marc wigler the president and CEO of crown motor company personally came down and shook my hand. Talk about the royal treatment!!! I was so honored to have met such a pretigous member in our community. I felt like Jewell the pop sensation from living in my car to a certified rock star! The paperwork process... Craig, my finance manager made the process simple and easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes. He was kind, patient, and most of all respectful of me as a young man. As I turned the corner to receive my new car the entire crown staff was cheering and applauding my as I stepped into my brand new vehicle!!! Thank you crown it made me feel like a million dollars!!! Konstantin Chumak was amazing and treated me like I had a suit on. He was thoughtful and helpful, honest and knowledgeable. I highly recommend asking for him when you visit Crown. Jonathan Purdy in finance was also amazing. He gave me all the information needed about extended warranty, gap insurance, etc. but in no way pressured to add on extras (even though I did add both:) This was the most comfortable car buying experience I have ever had and highly recommend the great folks at Crown! More

My nephew bought one in 2012 and we had good experience with Konstantin. We stopped by and made that purchase in the same afternoon. Konstantin is easy to talk and deal with. He is honest and really want to help you. I really hate come back and force for hours about prices or whatever. Konstantin is the type I like. If he could accept your offer, he will tell you instead of spending another three hours or days trying to make you pay a little bit higher. This time we come back to him with email. We finished the deal through several emails! And we stopped by after work and drove the car back within two hours! I made some research and know the price isn't the greatest but good enough to me. Konstantin is also very considerate. He finished everything and we just needed to sit back and sign some papers at the end. He even called my insurance company the next day before I called in to add the car into my policy. Great dealer and great person. We definitely will come back later. More
