Although I had my heart set on a new 2015 vehicle from another dealership my mother recommended that I at least consider Crown Mercedes-Benz as my uncle and step-father have always been pleased with their cars and the service they've received over the years. However, at 23 years of age, I didn't expect the exceptional service I received from my Sales Consultant, Konstantin. I had several questions, and he answered each with confidence and professionalism. He was well versed on the car I was interested in and shared more about Mercedes-Benz as a company. He worked hard to make sure that I was pleased with not only the vehicle but the details of the sale and his timely service. Konstantin went above my expectations, which is what sold me on my first car, a Mercedes Benz. I knew regardless of what I wanted, the difficult part would be getting past Mom and surprisingly he did, quite easily. She demands professionalism, honesty and confidence when selling a product. When I left the lot, my first thought was, I will only do business with Crown Mercedes-Benz! Thank you Konstantin for an exceptional first experience for such an impressive car. Exceptional service began with the coffee, right down to the details of the warranty and ended with Konstantin showing me the car wash where I will bring my Mercedes GLK. Well done! It didn't feel as if Konstantin was trying to sell me a car, he let the car, numbers and his passion for Mercedes-Benz do that. Thank you again! More

It isn't just the immediate attention when I walk in the door, the quick assistance when I have to call, the superb service offered by Dave Kohler or the always go the extra mile I receive from my salesperson Konstantin Chumak. You might think that's why I am loyal and to an extent it is. But really, in this day and age where most things are over before they begin, consistency is what keeps me coming back for more. I am not looking to be bowled over, wowed, delighted or impressed. All this is nice don't get me wrong. But really, I just want things to be effortless. And this is one thing Dublin Mercedes does well. In my humble opinion they have perfected this art. I want a new car. I want them to design me something stunning. I want a text or email when it's ready and I want to fly through payment etc. I do not want to follow up or become confused or be put off or played with or sold to. I know what I like and what I am willing to spend. I do not want endless options but instead partners who listen to my needs and desires and direct me to a few options that will satisfy me. Have I thought about downgrading in terms of financial output? Absolutely. But when i consider for a second that downgrade will cause me to change dealerships, well....like i said: gravity. something always brings me back to them. It doesn't hurt I love their cars. Especially my beautiful polar white exterior with customer red leather interior. Makes me melt. More
