We couldn’t have asked for a more polite, professional, and knowledgeable fellow to assist us. Kaden was backed up by a top notch managerial staff who knew their business and got right down to it with genuine friendliness and respect (Frank and Kory come to mind here). Also absolutely worth mentioning is the finance manager Tu Le. Tu worked hard to ensure we got a fantastic finance deal and made sure we understood everything we needed to know about the process. We were told to fill out paperwork again, showed additional vehicles, and given completely different price than what we had in writing. After keeping us for hours, they refused to honor the offer. What a SCAM!!!! This is a dealership lacking in integrity that I would caution you to think before doing business with. More

Awesome Team with Integrity and Great Customer Service When your financial planner calls you towards the end of the work day and says something to the effect of 'Camelback Subaru just called and they need When your financial planner calls you towards the end of the work day and says something to the effect of 'Camelback Subaru just called and they need to move some inventory,' you know people are looking out for you! Having never purchased a car on my own before, Megan, Tu, Kory, and Kaden took their time and answered my questions and definitely looked out for my best interests. I tried to purchase a Toyota a few months previously and there was a lot of shenanigans that caused me to ultimately walk from the deal. Megan and the team were honest, willing to help me out and in the end I traded my low mile, but old-aged 2008 Nissan Altima in for a new Crosstrek! I'm loving my new Subaru and wouldn't hesitate to send anyone their way. More
