Terribly rude customer service I couldn't get any updates and he wouldn't listen to the actual problem I was having just trying to do a bunch of unnecessary work. Mid Town Kia has excellent customer service, and the buying process was not as negative as other car dealerships I went to when I was looking for a new car.
