I've been to several dealerships looking at Audi, Mercedes, Lexis, and more. The Laguna Niguel dealership has been by far my best experience. Costa Spektor was amazing. He knew exactly what he was talking about. I felt informed and comfortable with Mercedes by the end of my visit. Costa was very friendly and personable.
