Didn't Intend to buy. I had no intention of buying a car when I pulled into the dealership. I hadn't even decided on a brand. One and one-half hours later I was driving a I had no intention of buying a car when I pulled into the dealership. I hadn't even decided on a brand. One and one-half hours later I was driving away in my new Mercedes. Kosta was great and most importantly we had fun during the entire process. Everything was low key and pleasant. Highly recommended. To our surprise, Kosta was very helpful and quickly found us a car with all the features we were looking for. He and Mike gave us an excellent price that was better than what we were seeing on the Internet for that make and model. Ramsey, the finance manager, worked at lighten speed to help us process the sale. Would give all three a 10 out of 10 for their efforts. This is the fourth Mercedes we have bought at Mercedes Laguna Niguel so I highly recommend them and look forward to buying my fifth from them. More
