At our new car delivery Izaak did a wonderful and thorough job reviewing all the vehicle features. Very polite and professional! Thank you Izaak! We did not care for the pressure sales from Sondra thorough job reviewing all the vehicle features. Very polite and professional! Thank you Izaak! We did not care for the pressure sales from Sondra for all the after market warranties. We would prefer these to be discussed in advance and not at final purchase meeting. Should Kris our salesman have given us this information for our review while we waited a month for the car to be delivered? Or is pressure sales the standard tactic used at this dealership? More

Overall very happy with the whole process. My only suggestion would have been to have the service plan options presented to me prior to signing contract to have more time to go over them.
