My car buying experience at Acura/Subaru of Bloomington went well. The sales staff were very helpful in assisting me to make the right choice, especially regarding the tech packages and safety features. I went well. I ultimately left the dealership secure that I'd made the right choice which I owe in part to my salesperson. However, the finance guy who i signed loan papers and title over to was very cold, would not answer questions and came off rude when pressed on anything. I almost walked out because of him and that part still doesn't sit well with me. More

However, it would have been nice if the different Service Agreements could have been explained BEFORE I came to an agreement with the salesperson on the length of payments & the monthly amount of my payments. I bought the basic amount of service, which increased my interest rate 1% & my payments by about $50@ month & extended the time an additional 9 months. It would be better Customer Service if this was all done at the time a customer initially agrees to the terms of the purchase of the car. More
