I was told she could not drive this loaner unless she showed up & signed paperwork. This was trouble for us & we had to rush back on the 2nd time because she needed to drive for her next appointment. Everyone here was very nice, but couldn't communicate answers to some very specific questions. Ie. When would my vehicle arrive, when would it be ready to pick up, and how much would it cost. This was disappointing. If you're looking for friendly people, this is a very good place to go. If you're looking for efficiency, go elsewhere. Kris, in management, was a standout for follow through and Noah was pretty effective as well. More

Nathan did a thorough orientation of my new car by demonstrating and explaining all the bells & whistles. He even paired my phone via Bluetooth and set my favorite radio stations.
