Originally went in for service but looked at new Sorento. Zac was the sales rep who helped in my venture. He was nice and listened to my preferences. I was pleased with the service but did not know the vehicle I was leaving with was only an S trim when I had only been looking at SX and was what I wanted on my new vehicle. I had only requested to have a different color of the Sorento I had been test driving. I did not realize the trim was different until later and was a bit disappointed. This trim did not have a few options I preferred to have based on my daily need and events for my family. More
