Awful. Told the dealership I had finished the 100K maintenance with another dealership this summer (July 2024) and requested for a check of anything that ne Told the dealership I had finished the 100K maintenance with another dealership this summer (July 2024) and requested for a check of anything that needed servicing. Instead of looking at the vehicle or performing an inspection the dealership wrote up $2.3k worth of services… Including changing the spark plugs!! They were changed not even 4 months prior and anyone who looked could tell they were not original to the 2017 vehicle. Ridiculous and very scammy. This was following a discussion with the service representative that those repairs had already occurred. Cannot recommend to go anywhere else enough. Please stop throwing your money away here, go somewhere they actually look at your car!! More

Jim Ellis is top tier. I purchased my vehicle in 2019. All of my service and maintenance has always been reasonable. I've never waited for service for an extended amount of I purchased my vehicle in 2019. All of my service and maintenance has always been reasonable. I've never waited for service for an extended amount of time. I love the use of online tools they provide. From scheduling service to viewing my inspections. I also love the advisors. They courteous and never pushy! I'll always patronize them! More

We always have had confidence with the Jim Ellis dealerships. We bought our 2015 Optima from this dealership. Kris the service guy was horrible. I brought my car in for the engine light told him what the code was reading. They did not fix the code but instead told me they needed Toto fix the O I brought my car in for the engine light told him what the code was reading. They did not fix the code but instead told me they needed Toto fix the Oil control valve which would take off the engine light , but it didn’t. Later they came back to say they had to do a deeper dive into the camshaft to see the issue and that the entire camshaft needed to be replaced which I felt was false. I asked Kris to give me a quote on just the camshaft sensor, he advised me he could not give me a quote on the sensor because that’s not the issue with the car. I took the car to another dealership the next day sensor was placed and engine light off. I paid them for work and they never resolved the issue. Just lied the whole time. Will never go back. More
