I’ve been using this dealership for years with no issues but this last visit left much to desire. Communication about the status of my car was terrible. My recall and maintenance service was complete but ot but this last visit left much to desire. Communication about the status of my car was terrible. My recall and maintenance service was complete but other services were recommended. I asked the service department to speak with my husband about performing the recommendations. No one called and my husband’s calls were not returned. My car sat for two days with no communication. When I came to pick it up more of the same happened. I checked in, paid the bill and sat for 15/20 minutes because no one was getting my car. Finally my original service agent retrieved it. I drive away only to find one of my tires was 10 pounds low, the several alerts began going off saying the car wasn’t in park even though it was, the car wasn’t washed and now my brakes are making weird noises. I’m not happy. More

Performed maintenance as requested. Wish they didn’t have to hold my car to get it seen ASAP.
