Right from the start Christian was the best. He did not pressure us to buy even when we told him we were very interested but wanted to wait another month before buying. He was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE on the cars we asked about from the cost of the car to the upgrades of each car. Christian is a very respectful young man! Which is not always seen these days. And after buying the car he was eager to show us all the perks of the Kia Sportage. We haven’t had anyone that wanted to take the time to show us how our new car actually worked and invited us to stop by anytime if we had any questions on how to work something if we didn't remember. Oh, most importantly he introduced us to a Kia service team member!! In one word he was AWESOME! More

Not sure how this guy works here, Kia Corporate needs to vet the way dealerships hire people. I would hate for the local dealerships to give the BRAND KIA/HYUNDAI a bad name because they don't have the corr vet the way dealerships hire people. Where is the negative star button? One star isn’t even accurate. The absolute worst service department. Customer service is definitely not a priority at this place. They never answer the phone and they have no regard for taking care of the customer. No sense of an urgency when it comes to getting things done they drag their feet. They lack communication with the customer and never keep you updated on the status of your car. If you don’t stay on them your car will sit on the lot because they could care less about how long they take to get your car back to you. Stay far away from this place. I don’t even know why they are still in business honestly. Even the general manager doesn’t care about how poorly this facility is ran. That should tell you all you need to know. More

The dealership service dept. is okay. The service process has changed a bit over the last few years. Glad appointments were not months away like they had been. That is the reaso is okay. The courtesy car wash is nice BUT asking customers if a wash is wanted or needed is a good idea. One time my car was washed at KIA when brought in for service....I had just paid for a detail car wash only a few days earlier at a hand car wash. Was not happy that the KIA wash removed my detailed wash look. Since this dealership is close and my car is old, I bring it here when absolutely necessary. More
