The two different service reps were amazing. However the length of service, dec 14-Jan 2, was beyond belief- especially since I had made the appointment around 10 days earlier. Now yes there were holidays in that time frame but on dec 20, I received a call that I just need a breaks job - a brake job that two 2weeks? Why wasn’t the recall done in the first 6 days while the tech was trouble shooting the brake issue. I have been at this service center twice now for my brand new sorrento - first time the tech didn’t add a gasket to my oil plug and oil leaked everywhere- and now this long service time - would not recommend More
