Dissatisfied. Sold me a 2018 Chevrolet that has stopped repeatedly. Needs battery. Refused to find the matter with the lemon because it could not be duplicated. Problem should have been repaired before selling faulty vehicle not leave it to buyer to repair. More

I would give them a five but only giving them a Four because I made an appointment to have my recall done on my Kia. I made the week for 1 week out. It would have been nice if the lady who made the appo because I made an appointment to have my recall done on my Kia. I made the week for 1 week out. It would have been nice if the lady who made the appointment would have advised me that they had to look at the vehicle and then order the part for the recall. I don’t like having to get up and go to the dealership twice for a recall. Either tell me u have to order the part and how long it will take to get the part in and then schedule the appointment. More

Disappointing experience with the service department. Brought my vehicle in for a oil change warning indicator that would not reset. asked for a drop off but was ignored as they tried to solve the issu Brought my vehicle in for a oil change warning indicator that would not reset. asked for a drop off but was ignored as they tried to solve the issue right then. My ride left leaving me stranded at the dealer while they tried various things to fix it. I asked to leave and they said a service advisor needed to get my info first. My advisor was nowhere to be found and the ones that were around pretended to be busy. Avoid Kia but if you must, go to Kia Woodstock instead of this clown show. More
