The salesman was terrible and rude and the price was crazy! I went in there yesterday looking for a 2017 Elantra. I was greeted quickly but after that everything else took forever. The salesman was rude and not I went in there yesterday looking for a 2017 Elantra. I was greeted quickly but after that everything else took forever. The salesman was rude and not at all a salesman. I told him what car I wanted and what trim, he asked what color I wanted and that was it! When I told him white or black he made a face like that was a bad choice and told me no and offered only the colors he had on the lot which I had already said no to a few times. He never told me a single thing about the car at all, and did not ask me what features I was looking for or anything. It was really weird. I instantly was uncomfortable and felt he was one of those salesmen that clearly do not think a young female customer knows anything besides the color of the car. He never even asked if I wanted to drive the car which if he did I would have said no because he was so disrespectful and made me uncomfortable. I told him I wanted to finance and told him how much I wanted to put down and he made a disgusted face which was very off putting. He walked away and came back with abysmal numbers without asking or even offering someone to evaluate my trade in. I told him to go look at it and got huffy because I never told him that I wanted to trade it in even though I was never given the opportunity to. He did not ask me a single thing about my car and someone looked at and offered me $2,000 less than another dealership!!! I laughed at the numbers and told him this and he just looked at me and asked for proof which I had. He then looked at, offered me a little more on my trade but still would not match the other dealership, he printed out a carfax report, told me my car was weird and that I was being unrealistic. I asked for him to adjust the numbers because they were still about $2,000 more than another dealership offered me for the same car. He did not want to because 'What do you expect me to do? Its not like you are buying today anyways!' So because I said I would be buying by the end of the week he was not willing to help me? I walked out, went back to the other dealership and bought the Elantra from Balise instead. They were actually respectful, explained things, asked me questions and allowed me to ask questions and offered me a deal with WAY better numbers which they were willing to come down on even further. I ended up saving myself $3,000 by walking out on that terrible salesman and was respected in the process of purchasing it. Don't waste your time there! More
