She was exceptional in ALL the requirements of what a salesperson should be. I drove from 60 miles away and Krista greeted us as we pulled in the parking lot. That was impressive! From that greeting until the end of the deal, Krista performed beyond anything I had not experienced in my lifetime and I am 84 years old. Krista was very accomodating in answering and explaining all of our questions thru the whole process and made buying this Toyota a friendly, fun and fast experience. I noticed one of the e-mails Krista sent to me was written at 4 a.m. That's what I call a truly dedicated salesperson who goes the extra mile to make a sale. More
