We ended up returning close to the end of their business day, but Krista and the staff made us feel appreciated and did all they could to answer our questions and prepare things so that we could pick up our car the next business day. Thank-you to Krista Shields! I approached Krista at Sunshine Toyota about a vehicle other than the one I bought. She went well out of her way on a particularly nasty day to take me to the shop where it was to be detailed. After cleaning 4" of heavy, wet snow off the car for me so I could see it, we then took the car for a test drive in typical nasty Michigan winter weather conditions. After all was said and done, I decided to wait and "mull" it over a bit. She had to endure a "no-sale" that day after all she'd done. I like to think I made it up to her a couple weeks later when I returned to buy a newer 2015 RAV4. Throughout the entire time, Krista was nothing short of completely friendly and professional!
