I brought in a couple for total care car to include oil change. However, I only put synthetic oil in my vechile and the coupon did not state this. But, Chris did the oil change anyways without charging me for it. It may seem small to some, but when you’re a single mother it makes a world of difference. I’m truly blessed to have this dealership take care of all my car needs. Guys I’ll beseejng you next month for that transmission fluid change! Thank you for your great service! Safety Recall Brought in our 2016 Outlander for a safety recall. Barbara is an excellent customer service representative. She met us in the parking lot took our Brought in our 2016 Outlander for a safety recall. Barbara is an excellent customer service representative. She met us in the parking lot took our car back and had it back to us in less than 10 minutes. I think this was the fastest we've ever received service at any dealership. 30K service - SUPREME Stopped in for my 30K Service, and while diagnosing a slight hesitation on acceleration, a major problem was found with my transmission - that require Stopped in for my 30K Service, and while diagnosing a slight hesitation on acceleration, a major problem was found with my transmission - that required replacement. Kristian got me in a loaner and had me on my way quickly. Barbara kept me up to date with progress on the repair, and the service team did a SUPREME job of completing the repairs - my Outlander Sport drives like a brand new car! What a relief !! The experience I had buying my new 2017 Outlander Sport was nothing short of STELLAR! My last experience at another dealership was the exact opposite The experience I had buying my new 2017 Outlander Sport was nothing short of STELLAR! My last experience at another dealership was the exact opposite. I called ahead for an appointment, as I had received a letter from Mr. Hill stating that he wanted to increase his reliable used car inventory. He wanted to avoid the influx of cars which may have been involved in the recent storms. This made perfect sense to me, as I would be trading in a 2015 Mitsu. Mirage--which had been serviced at the dealership. The salesman for my appointment was Anthony Andolino. He put me at ease immediately, which made my time with him rewarding. He paid careful attention to my desires and concerns. The value of his "no high pressure" approach cannot be overstated by me! As a woman alone (and a senior), I was treated in a straightforward, sincere and respectful manner. I did not make the sale easy for him, but in the end, the deal I received was even better than I expected! THANK YOU, Anthony! More
